How it works

  • During our (free) introductory chat we discuss your situation and how I can help
  • You may come with clear goals or I can help you work out what you need to be different
  • Over future sessions, I provide support, guidance and encouragement. I use a variety of techniques to help you bring out your ‘best self’ enabling you to stand back, make surprising discoveries, find new and creative solutions. You commit to following through on actions and gently break out of your comfort zone!
  • I listen, guide and support. It's confidential and I don't judge, get shocked or embarrassed or tell you what you 'ought' to do
  • Clients say they like my honest, down to earth style. I sometimes use humour - coaching can be fun 😉. I also help people with some very difficult dilemmas and can go 'deep' when a client needs a more serious approach


  • Sessions as required – usually 60 minutes every 2 weeks
  • We talk via phone or Zoom. Face-to-face sessions are also available in the North West London area
  • Number of sessions depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment to making changes. 6 sessions over 3 months is often perfect for getting from where you are to where you want to be
  • All sessions are completely confidential. I don't judge, criticise or tell you what you 'ought' to do. My coaching can be as 'deep', challenging, gentle, business-like or light-hearted as you want!


  • Mid-life ,eldercare and career coaching: prices vary, depending on individual circumstances. I like to be flexible so let's talk!
  • Executive and Business coaching, CV writing services - competitive rates based on type of organisation or business and seniority of the client
